About 80 Ladies attended the Conference

Ladies Conference 2006

Far North Queensland Churches were greatly blessed with Sis. Cindy Miller's ministry from the 1-3 September 2006 held in Cairns.

Friday evening was a time to catch up with sisters from Townsville, Mackay, and the neighbouring islands. We had about 80 ladies present during our 3-day conference.

Saturday morning began with prayer and worship and we were blessed with Sis. Davids’ preaching about great women in the Bible such as Deborah, Ruth, Rahab, Mary and Elisabeth. These women displayed patriotism, consistency and courage.

Sister Miller in her preaching and testimony encouraged us to become strong women for God. She testified about her own life where she had a wonderful upbringing. She became married to a wonderful man but had unbelievable hardships within the family.
She prayed for God to change them but God said that he would change her. She implored us to trust Jesus in our storms and never to loose our joy.

Throughout the weekend we were thoroughly blessed with Sis. Miller’s approach of expressing Godly truths and enlightening us in our Christian walk. Over all this was a great blessing for the ladies of Far North Queensland!

7 Sept 2008 - Andrea's surgery is a success. Richard & Andrea will be returning to PNG shortly

26 August 2008 - Andrea is going for Thyroid Surgery to have her thyroid removed on the 28th August in the morning.

Ongoing Request - Pray for Peter & Robyn Gration during their Deputation Travels

Sep 2008 - Richard & Andrea returning to PNG in the latter half of the month

Aug 28th 2008 - Andrea undergoes surgery to remove her Thyroid Gland. Operation is a success

Jul-Aug 2008 - Richard & Andrea are in Australia for medical attention for Andrea. They should return to PNG in early September.
