Eastern Highlands Conference 2007

The Eastern Highlands Conference was a wonderful time of strengthening and renewal.

Nov 23-25, 2007

The 2007 Eastern Highlands Conference was held at Genesis Church from 23-25 November. God blessed the weekend tremendously. Praise God! Churches from every Section attended the Conference, and many came from far away places to be with us during this time.

The Guest Speakers at the Conference were Rev Junior Richie Carver and our General Secretary Rev Digi Sinakadi. Both preached powerfully and strengthened the church. God did a wonderful work on Sunday Morning through Junior Richie, who spoke on the Unity of the World compared to the Unity of the Church. It was a great blessing. He called all the Pastors to gather together and pray for each other. It was the first time this has ever happened and we Pastors received a great blessing from it. And the church members too realised this was a first, and were very strengthened by the way that the Lord ministered to his Church and Leaders. UNITY! Praise God!

May God receive the glory in all things. We must all join hands together and pray to the Lord that he wil make a great work in the Eastern Highlands.

We thank God for the wonderful conference!

Assist us with our needs

November 2009 - The Peter Gration family have completed their fundraising in the USA and are on their return journey to PNG. We thank the Lord and those that have supported them. It will be wonderful for PNG to have another missionary family again.

October 2009 - The Richard Carver jnr. family have also returned to PNG after the birth of our grandaughter, Hannah born in July 2009.
