Dear Friends and Partners of the harvest in PAPUA NEW GUINEA,

Dodge the pot holes for five hours, ride the ferry around the coast for a day, climb aboard a pick-up truck for 10 hours, and then walk through the jungle into the highlands of Western Papua for another 13 hours and THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL FIND:

From this...	to this...	Thanks to the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

This month was also highlighted by a four day/night Sunday school teachers training seminar where 114 Sunday School teachers from NEARLY EVERY PROVINCE in PNG came, including the area mentioned above. These teachers were taught, and equipped with materials, to go back and teach other SS teachers within their areas. With their course they also received some tracts, see the HUNGER !!!

7 Sept 2008 - Andrea's surgery is a success. Richard & Andrea will be returning to PNG shortly

26 August 2008 - Andrea is going for Thyroid Surgery to have her thyroid removed on the 28th August in the morning.

Ongoing Request - Pray for Peter & Robyn Gration during their Deputation Travels

Sep 2008 - Richard & Andrea returning to PNG in the latter half of the month

Aug 28th 2008 - Andrea undergoes surgery to remove her Thyroid Gland. Operation is a success

Jul-Aug 2008 - Richard & Andrea are in Australia for medical attention for Andrea. They should return to PNG in early September.
