On the 5th of April 1973, Richard & Margaret Carver, a young couple from Australia left their homeland to begin a Mission Work in the primitive country of Papua New Guinea.

With a missionary career spanning more than 30 years, the Carvers have served in Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Fiji, and Australia. This film traces their pioneer efforts high in the rugged interior of New Guinea through to their departure from Fiji in 2001.

Using nothing but the Carvers original footage, Whom Shall I Send tells the story of how the Gospel spread to cover a nation in darkness. Witness a crippled boy walking for the first time, hear a mute man speaking. See the astonishing work God is doing amongst the Chinese in the unexpected port city of Suva, Fiji. Enjoy the singing and worship of the 1999 Crusade at Prince Charles Park, Fiji and see hundreds receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Most of all, let this video open your understanding of what God can do with willing people, and let it stir your vision for the lost around you… near or far.

If you've seen this video, make sure you see it's Sequel: A Life In Missions
